Added the Phantom Leap ability which allows the elder to do multiple jumps while in the air. Ability is acquired once you have both the Wind Wards and Wind Walkers abilities.
Fixed the duration of the abilities, which were previously shorter at times. Now, all abilities have a fixed duration of 15 secs, with each power up pickup extending the duration by 5 secs.
